Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery 

After placing your order, we undertake to ship your package within 3 working days. If it is ready before, it will be sent as soon as possible.

Transportation

The delivery service is provided by the service provider Colissimo / La Poste . For all territories, parcels will be sent under the home delivery formula without signature .

Shipping cost

We deliver in mainland France and only offer home delivery in this territory, at the price of €6.90 for all orders up to €59.99.
Delivery is free in metropolitan France from 60€ of purchases.

For overseas territories ( Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Guyana, St-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy) , the price for home delivery is €9.50 per ordered.

For member states of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom , the price for home delivery is € 13.90 per order .

Return and exchange

If the product ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.

Requests must be sent via our contact form or addressed to: enkoreshop@gmail.com, providing your invoice (or order number) so that we can easily proceed with the refund . We We will tell you the address to which the product must be returned . Return costs will be your responsibility.

A refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return package, and after we have checked your return package.
