Shipping policy

Delivery 

After placing your order, we undertake to ship your package within 3 working days. If it is ready before, it will be sent as soon as possible.

Transportation

For all orders in mainland France, the delivery service can be provided by:
- either the service provider Colissimo / La Poste with home delivery without signature,
- or the service provider Mondial Relay, with delivery of the package to a relay point.

For all other territories (member states of the European Union, overseas territories, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), the packages will be sent under the home delivery formula without signature.

Shipping cost

We deliver in mainland France and offer:
- home delivery in this territory, at the price of €6.90 for all orders up to €59.99.
- delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay, at the price of €4.90 for all orders up to €59.99.
Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over 60€.

For overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Guyana, St-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy), the price for home delivery is €9.50 per order.

For member states of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the price for home delivery is €13.90 per order.

Delivery is free for overseas territories, member states of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom for orders over 85€ (and equivalence in local currency).

Return and exchange

If the product ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.

Requests must be sent via our contact form or addressed to: enkoreshop@gmail.com, providing your invoice (or order number) so that we can easily proceed with the refund . We We will tell you the address to which the product must be returned . Return costs will be your responsibility.

A refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return package, and after we have checked your return package.
